Brief description about me
Currently ,I am working as a Software Developer in Citytech Software.I started working since september 2010 before completing my MCA as a programmer in I-Nova Solutions ltd.
That's help me to grow  as a Software Developer before age.
I am lead developer in my team and also responsible for having technical discussion with our clients. Currently experiencing the E-Commerce Domain.

Challenges in job
It's my passion to work as a Developer and i am enjoying my role too. There are always a new challenges as a handle client requirements for you if you are a developer. And every clients have different requirements that is really challenging to handle. And more you are working, more you are gaining as a developer(to build a good programming concepts).
And In IT , experiences and expertness matters.

Job made easy
My interest in my role is my first strength that makes my job easier. And sometimes colleagues are so good who always ready to help you which make your job easier too.

Upcoming Trends
Technology is evolving day by day. So we should be prepared for the new changes and challenges. Latest one is cloud technology ,which really taking place in current market scenerio.
And another one is mobile applications that is going to be a good market placeholder in upcoming years.

My point of view
India, as a country has always had scientific and technological talent of the highest  quality and has for long been the source of good technical talent for a number of more developed economies.
Today, it is heartening to see this talent not only remain in India, where they believe the best opportunities in the world lie but also return to their homeland;  because this is where they believe their future is – creating an environment for technological advancements of the highest level. And if we talk about any software product then we all know that Indian IT industry is only serving as world's service hub and noone care for R&D here.

So from my views these are the consequences for we don't have single tech product with stamp of  "Made in India".

My goal
As i stated earlier that "It's my passion to work as a developer and i obviously enjoying it". So after 5 years if you found me on the same role and in the same enjoyment, please don't ask to me "You are 30 now and still not a manager?". Because for me it's always better to work in any IDE rather than in Word,Excel  and Powerpoint.

Advice to professionals
Always try to be more conceptual rather that to be a problem solver. It helps you to grow and boom like a rising star in IT industry.

Advice to students
I completed my MCA from IGNOU(Indira Gandhi National Open University). The name have somewhere good and somewhere bad reputation in India's IT Industries. But to grow as a good developer,we have to build good programming concept and for that IGNOU really gives you more time to prepare yourself(as it provides correspondence degree) before entering in IT World.
Today,I am working with India's leading engineering college students and also with some general graduates. But sometime's general graduates may be more responsive and conceptual than an engineering graduates ,just because of having more interest with what they are doing. So it's only your will, interest and Karma(deed) that define's your way for your destination.
