Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My father name is Mr. Anil kumar Mishra he is a business man (Property dealer). My mother name is Mrs. Radha Mishra , she is a house-wife. I have a younger brother his name is Avinash chandra mishra, he is doing MBA in international bussiness from GITAM (visakhapatnam).

Current and Previous Responsibilities

My current role profile is system administrator, in which i have to maintain server and network related issues, troubleshoot, upgrade, update, and deploy application software according to requirement of client and company.

A Fine Balance:

Actually i love my job , i enjoy what i am doing so it is not difficult for me to manage it. According to my view Just be punctual and honest thats the key to challenge of work life balance.

The Journey So Far

My career start when i assosiates with MAAC ON 1ST of december 2009. In maac i got a awesome work environment , my colleague , my boss all are very friendly in nature and supportive .In professional world i got a very good experienced with maac.

Areas for the Future

I think soa testing and security testing will matter most in future. And certification like CQTM, PMP also will be good option for making career in QA/Testing.

Essential Advice

The demand for niche skills like SOA testers, Security testers are on the increase. There is dearth of skills in test automation areas – scripting skills in the tools languages like VB, Java and other scripting languages like Perl, Shell, Python etc.And make certification in QAI, ASQ, ISQTB .

Parting thoughts

Sir i just cleared my Microsoft certification in enterprise administrator (MCITP), I have also mcp. mcsa certification which i earn previous year, so sir i want to know that how this certificate will help to boost my career.

Role Model

Dr. A.P.J ABDUL KALAM. He is a idle person for my life, he is a real hero of nation, very simple person, high thinker and most a good human being. He is a man of vision, who is always full of ideas and energy.

Most Important Lessons

In professinal life i learn a very important lesson in which you have to always show that how important and productive employee you are for company.
