My first career choice has been to join the Defense Forces mainstream as Commissioned Officer in 1993. One of the reason to join the Indian Air Force was my interests in Adventure Sports. My initial years with Air Force has been a strong foundation in performance and conduct in the Corporate World

I aspire to scale up to the position of Corporate CEO in next 03 years with a drive for achieving Operational Excellence, Employee Satisfaction, checking attrition, PLA and navigating the Company into positive EBIDTA, strive to turn the Company into global brand with aggressive business expansion

Working Life Management:

I am branded as absolute workaholic but still I manage my time for family & children. I like to spend quality time with my family. In my leisure time, I like holidays inland and abroad, visit to historical places, Hill Stations and Sea beaches.

Family Background

I come from a family of Bhumihar Brahmins from UP East region, born in a middle class family. My father was a ex Army Officer and I along with my 2 siblings, had initial schoolings in Kendriya Vidyalayas spread across India due to transferable nature of my father's job. Our complete family has military background since last three generations and I am towing the similar tradition in line. We belong to Varanasi, the land of eternal city and cultural capital of India

My major accomplishments/work experience/contributions has been into Program Management - Operations Management - P&L - Business Excellence
- fastest rollout of 3G network in Chhattisgarh - India
- fastest deployment of NMS across Bharti Infratel Network, integrating all 35,542 sites in a span of just 4 month
- managed 45,000 BTS passive infra of NSN account for Vodafone
- been into senior leadership role in Indian Air Force
- commanded a Radar Signals Unit and participated in Kargil War - 1999

Done Differently:

I would like to place myself in Business leader role, if I had to start my career afresh. I understand, I could do better with strong understanding of Business Parameters /expertise. Changes In The Professional Environment:

Professional Environment has completely changed with evergrowing competition, declining revenues,lower ARPU,overcrowding of Indian Telecom Space. With global economic slowdown ,Regulatory issues and cancellation of 2G spectrum, there is visible significant impact on the Telecom Industry.

My advice to New professionals is to have perfect attitude to perform, use learning and development tools as means to boost up efficiency. If your attitude is positive,you will take interest in learning,developing skills with an all round personality development. Punctuality and Perseverance is must

Growth Strategy:

I keep myself update with latest technological developments, future needs of the industry with Customer perspective. With the advent of next gen technique, enhance customer user experience will drive the Service Providers to increase their capacity in view of high data traffic usage.

In my current role , I am working as Regional CTO for a top Telecom carrier and OPCO. My responsibility is to drive bottomline efficiency, Operational Excellence, Business Excellence,Project P&L
