Challenges facing by students
The biggest challenge for students in present is the lack of imagination and creativity in our prevailing education system, our present education system is mostly focusing on mugging up the subjects rather than understanding it.
Rather the system should be such that it should focus more on creativity and imagination as, these are the most important aspect to survive in the real world.

Most flourishing college experience
The most rewarding college experience was successful completion of my final year Project "The UnManned Robotic Tank" which was then featured in Local News Papers also.
The challenge was, being a Software guy I don't have much, hands on electronics and making a robot that too a UAV become a much more challenging job as what we have thought of, but thanks to my team mates and my HOD who helped me out in the task and finally I was able to successfully assemble all my ideas into one unit and an UnManned Robotic tank was ready to take on all combats.

My Self-Confident attitude/approach towards problem solving is , I can say is the unique thing about me.
Family Background
I have been brought-up in a very discipline atmosphere where values and principles have always been given priority. It gives me great pleasure to give introduction of my family.
My father Mr. Ramesh Singh,is in government service as a Bank Manager. My mother Mrs. Sunita Singh is a house wife, Inspit-of being a very family lady. She has been a great source of motivation in my life. A part from this I have one younger sister, pursuing her dental degree. They all are loving and supporting in nature.

I am a Software developer working with AgreeYa Solutions, Noida.
I have been working in the IT services industry for past 3 years with extensive background in Windows Platforms.
In early 2011, I was introduced to a platform that made a huge shift in my career path — SharePoint. I quickly realized the power of the platform and began focuses my efforts on learning and using the platform. In the past 2 years, I have completed everything from start-up installations, migrations and custom development on the platform.
