My father (presently we lost him) worked as a Lab technician of Karnataka state government, I have one sister and one brother, mother is a house wife. From middle class back ground, I did my(B.Sc(Ag).Majority of my professional life completed with non profit organizations and with rural communities.

Current Job description
presently I was monitoring the work done by non governmental organizations and giving support functions to them and taking compliance report for any deviations found during execution of watershed functions by visiting various works constructed by them.

My father, his way of simplicity and humbleness in dealing with the public makes me comfortable in dealing with the public.
Team Management
Team should behave like a family, they should not have any kind of misunderstandings.Leadership should be in a democratic type( not autocratic) and leader should prepare the team to do any kind of sacrifices for well being of the company or organization that they represent.
My views on India Technical development
Openness to accept the level of our technical status and short comings, which will makes you to learn new things and having hunger for innovation until we reach the innovation.
