Thoughts on Education system of our country

First of all all partisanism should be removed and recruitments should be done fairly. Also emphasis should be given to knowledge and not money or relationship

Brief description about me

I am an experienced teacher for communication skills and language use with over 12 years of experience in teaching communication and corporate communication skills to engineering students. Then I have a 3 year experience as an HR manager and administrator in an IT company and now I,m an IB teacher teaching English language to Diploma and certificate students of Cambridge University. Prior to my formal appointment as a lecturer I have also worked as a research associate with ministry of HRD where I was a part of the National Literacy Mission and worked on several tribal languages. Also I have been a part of several school projects for student learning and teacher training.

My family background

My Dad is an IIT, Kharagpur graduate 1963 batch, and my mom is a Delhi university graduate in Hindi and Sanskrit Hons. My dad served the Indian Railways as a very senior officer for almost 35 years of distinguished services and is one of the pioneers in railway electrification. In siblings, I have an older sister who is a double MA and was a vice principal in a school in Jamshedpur, I have two brothers both are software engineers in top positions
