Most Important Decisions

Before joining CSC i made a promise to my self that i wont work in a BPO now only in an IT sector and make myself as IT Professional.

Changes in the industry

There's a lot of change in IT industry since the time i started.I cannot quote on it but up's and down are part of it.

The Journey So Far

I started with IBS as a desktop engineer then i worked for I-adore a small BPO as a desktop engineer then it was Dell as a tech Support expert and till now i am with CSC as a System Engineer for Motorola Account(SEPM & BIG FIX)

Current and Previous Responsibilities

I was with Dell before CSC i was a tech Support person.
In CSC i am working with Motorola as my Client for them i work on SEPM(Symantec Console and Big Fix for Deployment and Patch MGMT.

Plans for the Future

I will be a Lead or a Manager.

I am good in time management.I know how much time is needed for my work to get completed and how can i give time for myself.
