Being different
I did my graduation from DA-IICT (Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology), where there is a single stream which is unique in India i.e. ICT (Information and Communications). I have an edge over others in terms of having practical knowledge rather possessing only bookish knowledge. Did various research projects during the 4 years of under graduation which gave an extra advantage with respect to others. As the college and the faculty always incline towards research and design in various domains, it enabled students to thrive for more knowledge. Published 2 international papers in IEANG and one journal in Springer Publications - in wireless networks, during the 4 yrs of Engineering. These practical experiences can segregate myself from the others.
After completing 2 years of Post Graduation in Management studies from IMT Hyderabad, I can blend the Business accumen along with the technical expertise.
Family Background
I am from an educational background. My Dad is a Professor in Telugu and Sanskrit, my Mom is a Women and Child Development officer. I have an younger sister, she finished her Masters in Organic Chemistry and currently working as Chemistry Lecturer. We give first major priority to the education in our family.
My strongest Skill
My Strongest professional skills is my Communication skills. I had worked as Java J2EE developer in Cybage Software Ptv. Ltd., later shifted to Kudos Intech as Business Development Officer. Gaining Experience in the industry I had decided to pursue MBA.

After completing the Management Studies, I have sharpened my skills in Business Communication, Team Mentoring and Project Management Skills.
My achievement
Springer Publication - CASHeW: Cluster-based Adaptive Scheme for Multimedia Delivery in Heterogeneous Wireless Networks

- a novel cluster-based design with an in-built feedback-based adaptive mechanism that results in a higher video perceived quality in two-hop heterogeneous wireless network environments. CASHeW employs a proxy-client-server mechanism between the base station (BS) and the end-user; and importantly uses a quality-oriented adaptive scheme for efficient multimedia delivery.

Making job easier
Clear Communications with the peers, Working without lag. Understanding the channel properly.
Managing professional as well as personal life
Balancing personal and professional life is very easy when one finishes his/her work prior to the deadlines. I am following same mantra of reaching deadlines with minimum effort efficiently.
Company and job profile
Currently pursuing my Post Graduate Diploma in Management at IMT Hyderabad. Having nearly 3 years of experience with IT services sector, I feel that a major percentage of work lies with the services sector. Hence a logical step is to pursue an MBA program focused towards services sector. It will enable me to understand business problems at the highest level and will improve my ability to connect technology to business. It is a great journey at Institute of Management Technology (IMT - Hyderabad) till now. Finished with my 1st year of Post graduation and currently doing Summer Internship in IDBI Federal Life Insurance Co. Ltd., a research project in Insurance domain - Insurance in Rural India with respect to IDBI Federal.
Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
In our country the first thing people lag is accepting own failure. When one company tries to launch a new product, then see the profits from day one. Leave about the profits for certain period of time. First innovate something novel, then implement irrespective of its success. Do not hesitate in investing more in developing a novel product. One who cannot accept his failure will not succeed in his future.
My advice
Work faithfully and learn how to behave in the corporate life for a couple of years. Then success will come automatically along with experience.
Goals and Ambitions
Work for a well known company with challenging work for 5 yrs and then start an educational institute of own to serve society.
