Effective method practical of teaching

In Present age of Liberalisation, Privatisation and Globalisation(LPG), there is tough competition in business organizations even in R&D organizations.So there is need revise vision and mission and goals by the educational Institutes and Universities to improve the standard of education. Educational organizations have to make SWOT analysis and have to enhance their strengths and reduce weaknesses.They should provide practical educationso that students can compete in market as there is large recession. They should enhance the technical/ functional and soft skills of the students in addition to normal subject knowledge. Organisations should work for HRD system for present contemporaries work environment. The success of students will depend upon innovation, career and capability development of them.

Advice to students

The achievements and success of a student depends on his attitude, skill and knowledge (ASK)A student shoul have positive attitude, and technical/ functional and softskills to compete in the present age of LPG.He should have team sprit, synergy, leadership qualities good interpersonal relations at work place. In addition to hard work a person should have discipline, initiative action, smartness to get success in and achieve goals in dynamic environment.
