Future of Indian Education System
I see that the coming folks will soon be really hi tech...in the sense that technical gadgets are going to be in vogue manifold and the load of books might get less as far as possible...

Not into reading as of now.but yes my interests in music has brought me to what I never expected.

My Advice
Its not easy being a teacher...a real tough job..one has to be hardworking.patient .devoted and honest here...so one just cannot take up this profession just for the heck if it as I see many of our folks becoming a teacher just to pass their time.and its sad..

Yes..everyday is a new lesson learnt cos v learn more while we teach...experience is the best teacher according to me. .hehe

Sorry to say that education is being commercialized in a big way
Most Challenges facing by students
Many of them are traumatised for no reason at all.the trend of attending tuition classes and coaching has just made them go nuts.they are forced into tuitions and I have failed to understand thus trend.
Way to motivate Students
They watch and definitely draw inspiration from us..as far as the feedback I have got from many of them.its true and amazing that few of then do end up as teachers like many of us.
