The education system of India in general and Higher education in particular is going through a very bad period, the govt. as well as social entrepreneurs should work aggressively to come out with this grim situation.

After a gap of 13 years from teaching it was not an easy task to face students and that also in a professional college. I used my personal traits to make my students comfortable and understand the topic. Teaching is an art which you should know, if you want to make yur career in this industry.

My advice

The only advice I will give to the current era managers or entrepreneur that make mony but ethically, not at the cost of others.

My views on India Technical development

We do have technical talent but they dont have creativity and I believe the current teaching system for the destruction of our creativity. Also the reward for doing some thing new is not very encouraging.
