My achievements
1. Successfully established the state of art Indian operations with an efficient engineering unit from scratch and managed all the functions such as Software Development, QA, HR, Finance, Administration, Legal and Statutory for over 7 years.
2. Helped defining the strategic vision and expansion of the offshore development model which contributed to the growth of the organization(s).
3. Created exceptional teams and working environment where the team were focused on reaching common goals and as individuals felt challenged, motivated to achieve higher standards and maintained an excellent attrition rate.
4. Instrumental in managing the mergers and transitions in the organization without impacting on-going projects and ensured the team motivation through the process.
5. Managed the delivery of major product releases by ensuring excellence in quality via Agile.
6. Played a core technical role in designing, architecting and developing web frameworks for various domains.
More about myself
I have a constant desire to improve on how we work and strongly believe in continuous improvement. This fuels my passion to build efficient teams which can make a difference in an organisation and people associated with them with a never compromise attitude.

Over 15 years experience in the field of Information Technology; around 6 years premier experience in Setting up / Running an offshore development centre; around 7 years of specialization in Team building, Delivering and managing Agile projects; around 7 years of core technical expertise in delivering web-based applications; Quality focused tough leader who believes in making things happen and always enjoyed taking the team to the next level.

I am continuously experimenting new things by abiding to the values and re-charging my determination to make a difference in the people around me (team, client, partners, society etc) to take them to next level.
Initiative to develop a country
Everyone must do their part to bring in a change. Like minded people should unite and pitch to make a difference and do their part to take people around them to next level. Professionals must have a selfless attitude towards the same.

There are many industries which requires a massive impact (e.g.: Education, Politics, Innovation etc), however one cannot be everywhere, but there will be a change down the line if everyone does their part by going extra mile in their own profession.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
Institutions see this in a business point of view, instead of in service point of view. It requires a more pragmatic approach, practical oriented, affordable, easily accessible and must promote innovation.

People study to get a job, not to learn / improve the knowledge. This has to change. The discipline behind the names are merely a label, mostly does not really mean what they say.
