I have started my career with Junior Executive in a corporate house. I have added the skills and qualification gradually and developed my career path. I have seen the honest effort and dedication to work will give you the result.

I have deployed many utilities and IT environment like Data Center , DR Site etc. and deployed SAP and MS Exchange by replacing Lotus Notes as per company policy.

At first I used to hear his problem, try to analyze the causes and the effects. Moving towards the solution . Try to explain the benefits and disadvantages of the grievances. It is very easy handling if you can understand the root of the problem , it becomes very easy to handle the people.

Keep your cool in crunch situation. Leaders never loose the control of emotions. Listen to the people , try to understand the cause of the problem they have , make the benefit analysis of the causes and give them the solution and clear out the demerits of the issues .

My views on India Technical development
We have to look into our industrial policies of the country. More IT investment is needed and we have to create more opportunities to retain our skills who are leaving our country to get more facilities to the other countries.

I update myself regularly. Interact with more people technical and non technical both. Try to understand people. Making the work place more interesting to the people so that they can gain oxygen to give the best effort to the betterment of the company.
