The Journey So Far

It was not a cake walk, definetely not. And one should not crib about that.One should make right choices right from selecting the company, profile, industry and etc. In the begining of the career one should not bother much about salary;

Most Important Lessons

One should do their effort and forget about being recognised, There are times when you least expect you will be recognised.

Hard work & Smart Work together definetely pays.

Politics are a part of Corportate, One should learn to deal with it.

Role Model

I'd say Steve Jobs..I like the passion he has for achievement. As everyone know he struggled against Cancer till the end and simlutaneously his achievements with Pixar Animation and Apple were breathtaking. One should learn perseverance from Steve and to make right choices (Droppping out of college)

A Fine Balance:

As the question itself says...Its always a challenge...One should learn to cope with that and its always case specific.
