Important lesson learned

Yes,1st and last thing to be learned that never loose confidence and try to over come over confidence.Lear from past and make your Goal.how to achieve it,plans to look forward the goal and motivate yourself by your own.Thing positive and intake good things and lessons from others and leave all bad ones apart.If direction is right then situation will be right for you.Always be coll and calm.Dont get excited very soon and try to listen others and learn good from them and then take your own decessions.

Ensuring success

Just aim for bigger goal and try to achieve it through positive attitude and never do wrong to others because world is very small and god knows when we need help from others to achieve your goal.So i have made my goal to become CEO of some or other company and trying to attain step by step process to achieve designation along with hard work and experience which fullfill the needs and knowledge for the position desired.So that one cannot fail myself in every path of life.Learning is the ongoing process and one who things he is complete man or women then that day is the end of life.So try to learn and explore the learnings in your work enviornment.Never forget values and sanskaars.Success will always come to you by its own.

Degree that I recommend

I completed Matriculation with Science Stream and then went for Commerce and MBA.So the knowledge required for my profession is upto the mark but still is any other study is there to further enhance my knowledge which can help my profession then i do not hegitate to learn.

Couple of years from now

As I am working as Area Sales Manager and i am looking forward for Reagional Sales Manager in comming years but for that I am preparing my self for better learnings and commanding my self for that.I am following proper hierarchy to get my self bigger and as and when i think that yes I am capable to get highe designation then i will turn myself to get it.Till the time I am capable for ASM so I have achieved it and when onself thinks that he has that maturity then only he should move forward to attain it otherwise he will be in no position to justify himself.So when person can justify himself in his working enviornment then only he should think for that otherwise he/she will have a thought of negligence/no confidence everytime in his mind.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

Self confidence,faith,entelligency,knowledge,
hard-working,punctual,planning,goals,achieveing goals in limited timeformat set,eagerness to lern and apply the same while working. etc etc should be there in oneself to become leader.

I am Ateet Tiwari a MBA in Marketing and International Busines ProfessionalHaving work experience of about 11 yrs and currently working in Tunip Agro Ltd (Onjus) Tetra Pack Juices and recently left Dabur India Ltd after 5 yrs working in same category looked after Real Juices.I have started my career with just Rs.1200 in ISM Yellow pages directory as executive for collecting adds for the magazine and slowly and gradually attained great platforms in working in different different fields.While doing service i thought of doing MBA for better salary and designation so went for MBA from Amity University Noida and was very weak in studies so my professiors use to say that I will not get job anywhere but great to let you know that I was the first one to be selected as Assttt Manager Sales in Bisleri International Pvt Ltd.After that I didnt turned back and attained great peak currently working as Area Sales Manager heading Uttar Pradesh for the company.
I am self made man.

Influenced by

I am influenced by myslf because i always was eager to become big and to do business was my passion which was there in me by birth.So tried to get that everytime but unfortunately did not got chance to start my own business due to financial problems at home so thought of having experience to explore myself and prepare for business activities and that eagerness to become enterprenure has influenced me.My pat was not so good because i suffered with financial crisis but i didnt loose my faith in me and thought of positive always which has lead me to attain what i wanted to become.But still becomming enterprenure is my deram which i will fullfill one or other day.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Education should be free to all and all private institutions opening day to day like mushrooms should be taken seriously by government and must be tackelled lowering down the fees they charge which no ways controlled by government.Also to mention education loans provided these days by banks must not charge any interest.As i have also taken for study my MBA but baks charge very high rate of interest which is difficult to repay.If person didnt get higher salary after professional studies then its very hard for him/her to repay.So government must take some action.

My role model

I am role model myself for me because starting my career just with Rs.1200 and struggling with finalcial activities to get my education complete has lead me to become self made man.

1st was to complete my studies for better career.
2nd to help my parents and family to make studies possible for them.

There are many to explain among which few are as follows.
1st After so many negatives to do higher studies I have fullfilled my aim to do higher studies.
2nd Getting higher designation with hardwork and experience in big corporate banners.
3rd.Made my younger brother and sister also learned who are in better position of there own work as professional Brother being Mech Engg and Sister being Class Teacher in convent school for English and Social Science.
4th Made my family grow achieveing all things possible for living a good life with all facilities.
