Qualities require to be successful
A person should have good logical and analytical skills and always try to think out of the box.
My Strongest Skill
My strongest skill is Manual and automation testing. Apart from this I am also expert in Test Planning, Test Estimation and Test Strategy.In Automation testing I am working in Selenium RC and WebDriver with keyword and data driven framework.
Avoiding mistake and connecting right dots
In both fronts first I always try to identify the root cause of the problem then try to resolve the problem. this makes me a good leader.

In our country if people are having good skills they planned to migrate from some other countries and earn money.If people will stop this and utilize their skills in their own country India will become a developed nation very soon.
Upcoming trends
In my software testing industry there are so many domain like healthcare, telecom ,publishing ,media and entertainment and BFSI. In every domain the trend is moving to automation testing.
My thought on education system in India
In India people are going for grades and marks but not for skills.As per my suggestion people should go for skills then they can improve the quality in there professional life. There is a great saying in Amir Khan,s movie 3 Idiots " Skill ke peeche bhago kaamyaabi apne aap peeche aayegi " . I also follow this.

Important decision taken
The most important career decision was for me when I started implementing automation testing in my work area and try to do things in an improved way. This also improved the quality of work also.
Couple of years from now
In a couple of years from now I am seeing my self as a respective position in my current organization and mentoring people in their software testing field to improve the work and quality of the product.
My achievements
Achievement is that, now I can say after 7 years of experience in software testing I have a good command over major areas whether it is manual or automation.
Current Job Description
Currently I am working as a Test Lead in an IT Company. In my current role I am involved in manual and automation testing. I used to do test planning, test estimation and performance testing.
