Brief description about me
My name is Chandan Maheshkar, born in March 17, 1983 in Khandwa, a town of MP. I have done my schooling and graduation (B. Sc. in Maths) in my town and then I came to Indore for my post graduation (MBA). During my education I faced many family and financial issues and anyhow I completed my education. I started work from my first year of graduation as basic computer teacher.

I was the first candidate who placed in college campus in my batch but in the start of my career we had to face recession. This time was full of suffering and finally we had to take decision to open my own institution with the name Rational in the end of year 2007. Here I was responsible for managing all the training programs and work as management faculty too. In the same fraction I associated with IMS, Devi Ahilya University as Visiting Faculty.  In year 2009 Rational was converted in “Rational Education & Trainings Pvt. Ltd.” As the Management and IT training based company which provides the wide solutions for education, trainings, career solutions and consultancy services. Rational aimed to provide highly qualified and well groomed professionals who will responsible for providing new dimensions to management and computing. In December 10, 2011 I closed this institution due to some issues and for my future expectations.  

Now one of my goals for the future to be happy regardless of what I choose to do. I want to be satisfied with my decisions, to be able to accept and forgive; and most of all to be able to live upto the expectations which I have for myself. I realize I can’t determine my goals and dreams on the basis of others. I will accomplish my goals in being happy when I am able to live my life for myself and still able to provide love and support to others.

Challenges in job
Since I belong to education and trainings, in my arena to explain the things and developing a learning environment is very challenging task because every individual has unique cerebral state and capability to learn the things.

In this way to analyze the behavioral perspective of trainees/scholars in relation with their managerial development is very helpful for developing a good learning environment and managing changes for future.     

Job made easy
Skills, interests and exploration of knowledge are the only elements that make my job easier.

Upcoming trends
I visualize, there are mainly three following issues that will be game changing in next couple of years:
1.    Infrastructural facilities
At present perspective infrastructure is very important factor for any business house, organization, shops and closely for any person because it symbolized the status, development and up gradation with various cerebral aspect of individual. It gives choices to take decision to go with or not.
2.    Attitude and values of young minds
The young minds, in present context are very conscious, rapid responsive and they also have many egocentric issues. Their minds dimensions continually increased as result we can see the fast biological growth in small age among them. Increasing Habit of smoking among college students are also an example for the same as symbol of status and modernization. Many other personal aspects also will interact to determine the actions of a self in their life progression. Awareness, motivations, personality, skills, knowledge, experience, confidence, and Commitment are a few of the variables which are important for consideration.

Values are distinct as the gathering of likes, dislikes, viewpoints, musts, inner receptiveness, rational and irrational opinions, discriminations, and association patterns that decide a individual’s view of the world. The significance of values is that once internalized it becomes, consciously or subconsciously, a standard or criterion for guiding one’s action. We all have values that conclude our choices and direct our lives. Those who evaluate their individuality take responsibility, are self-reliant and act with self-respect. We express values in our relations with other people when we are loyal, reliable, honest, generous, trusting, trustworthy, feel a sense of responsibility for family, friends, co-workers, our organization, community or country.
3.    Technology (e-Commerce/M-Commerce)
Technology has been changed the world’s face. Every individual is frequently using the computers, cell phones, tabs, ATM facilities, net banking and many more.  The extensive use of the Internet has added very much towards the growth of e-commerce. Technological advances in mobile phones (e.g. Smart phones) have also made it probable to carry out e-commerce via mobile phones (m-commerce). M-commerce engages the use of mobile devices such as mobile phones and PDA’s in moving out electronic transactions. Applications in this area range from normal information utilization to high security monetary electronic transactions. Presently like e-commerce, the safety issues of m-commerce applications are critical, especially when it involves with user sensitive data such as credit cards details, medical details etc.
Prospective towards India technological development
This is very critical and vital question to think and evaluate our self. Any country’s growth depends on the people of that country. There is any single reason for the same. I think, feel and find reasons behind that:
•    Vision: Vision is the primary issue because attainment of any goal possible with people has same vision except the high capabilities. We people trying to show our self as modernized but actually we are not mentally. We all are diversified in thinking and conception. We give more attention over self satisfaction only.    
•    Adoptive Nature: Most of the Indians are adoptive in nature. They freely accept the new things for their comfort and maintaining status but they are not familiar with the mechanism.  Simply we can say, we are consumer only and always ready to use readymade articles.       
•    Nationalism: Nationalism is very important criterion for the development of any country and peoples are there. Here I noticed every one want country’s development but they can’t do for in the same. China and Japan are examples of this. It’s a very broad area for research.
•    Needs: we are engaged only with first three levels of need hierarchy.      
•    Talent not has resources and suffers by the reason of Politics & referrals.
My goal
As I’m an educator, I want to establish an education alliance with the aim to provide new dimensions to the education world and develop well groomed working professionals, with the will to give new heights to management & technology and meet the industry requirements by utilizing applied techniques.  

The advancement of education and youth in all manner of Science & Technology, Management, Arts, and Commerce; the  we promotes students to respect ideas and their open expression, and to express joy in discovery and in critical thinking; to follow brilliance in a courage of productive cooperation; and to assume responsibility for the consequences of personal actions.

In the next five years I’ll try to develop education system of my company which will be liable for students to challenge, to explore, to create, and to lead. The institution provides support to students, that will be a foundation upon which self-reliance and habits of lifelong learnings will erected.
Advice to professionals
In my job primary thing is knowledge of domain area and the skill of deliver the knowledge. To understand the students and their psychology, play an important role. Represent yourself as friend but always maintain a distance. And develop habit to learn and explore….

•    This is the only time to fabricate your dream for future constructively.
•    This is the only time to learn and take accountability for present and future.
