hirist.tech, the recruitment platform for premium tech talent, celebrated Diwali in a truly innovative way with its ‘Run-Time Rangoli’ campaign, an activation that fused coding with Indian tradition. The initiative transformed a Python-generated geometric design into a vibrant Rangoli, showcasing the beauty that can emerge when logic meets creativity.
Installed at a WeWork center in Bengaluru, the Rangoli stood out not just for its artistry but for its origin, a short Python code written using libraries like matplotlib was printed alongside the artwork. The final piece was completed by artists using colored powders, visually translating a digital algorithm into a physical festive expression.
The campaign targeted mid-to-senior tech professionals, aiming to connect with their passion for structure, design, and creative problem-solving. By turning code into art, hirist.tech positioned itself as more than a recruitment platform, a brand that truly understands and celebrates the tech mindset.
