Company: Innova Dynamics

On a field trip to Honduras in 2005, Alex realized the importance of access to water and most importantly drinking water in the developing countries. Soon after returning to University of Pennsylvania, Alex and his friends started developing the first ever plastic pipe that would remove bacteria and other microbes from the flowing water. Originally known as Innova materials, the team renovated the company to develop technology to help the US Military.
