Another team of Penn State Alumni has designed Self Filtering water bottles. “This bottle would not only be sustainable but also raise money for global water projects: the Hydros Bottle, a 16 oz. BPA free bottle with a built in filter,” reports Forbes. The venture has resulted into a complete win-win situation by decreasing the amount of piling plastic waste and preventing customers from buying overpriced packaged drinking water.
