While the industry is abuzz with event management companies that mushroom to exacerbate the gentle game, Fuel India – a fully integrated events planning and management agency – stands high with ethics offering the best solutions to its clients. This Bangalore-based company was founded in 2010 by Pradeep Naik who holds over a decade of experience in the event industry and believes in nothing next to 'Perfection'. The company has pioneered itself in being the leader in organizing educational events and Career Utsav is one of their intellectual properties in this category. The annual event is organized every December in Bangalore and is a premier education exhibition which has exhibition and conferences together. In its inaugural year itself, Career Utsav surpassed the footfalls of several big educational events with over 8000 people making their presence in the event.

"The popularity of the event triggered a need to increase the number of occurrences in a year thus, this year the event will be organized in two places: Bangalore and Mangalore," says a proud Pradeep Naik, Founder & CEO, Fuel India. Such immediate success was possible due to the voluminous experience Pradeep holds in the industry. He started his career as manpower co-ordinator and later grew to a position of event co-ordinator, event manager and operations head for various large event management companies in India. But like many young professionals who spend few years in the industry and fits themselves deem to start acompany, Pradeep too was in the similar notion but was struck too hard by failure in his first venture. This was surely a turning point in his life wherein he brushed himself with the truth that there is more to just talking to vendors and clients in organizing events. This is where he again wore the hat of an employee working for event companies to delve deep into the A to Z of the industry and come out as an armored Knight geared up for the war. Thus, after gaining 13 years of intensive experience in the industry, he founded Fuel India in 2010 as a fully integrated events planning and management agency which specializes from conceptualization to design, event production and execution. Since then, the company has mastered the art in verticals extending from education, FMCG, retails and others.

Apart from events, the company extends its offerings from branding to customer experience solutions to 360° market experience solutions including experience management queries. "We do hoardings, newspaper ads, radio, on-board activities, road shows and others. We build strategy, concept and then with numbers, we prove the brand enhancements or the improvements," explains Pradeep. The brand marketing solutions are offered for different brands across pan Asia. Its flawless solutions have triggered consumer satisfaction thus over 90 percent of its clients never left Fuel India since they joined the hands for the first time four years back. Some of the eminent names are K2 Learning, Alliance University, MVJ College of Engineering, BMW, Emulex, Central, Sobha Developers, SBI, and Autonomy among several others.

While Fuel India's forte is education events, it fervent others in providing solutions for corporate events like team outings, annual general meetings, award ceremonies and in-house entertainment. The company has flabbergasted the industry by its out-of-the-box ideas & concepts in the event segment. These elixir services have invigorated its clients to attain their set targets easily. The team of 20 super studs has stunned the clients over years through their persistent performances hence impressed by this; clients never have to look elsewhere.
