Who we are looking for?
Candidates with 2 to 7 yrs exp on these skills.
1 ) Java Candidate profile:

• Core Java
• Hibernate, EJB 3.0 , Springs ,JBoss Seam
• Struts 2.0, JSF 2,Jsp,Servlets
• XML
• JDBC
• SQL

2) .NET Candidate profile :

• NET 3.5 , C#
• ASP .NET and ADO .NET
• Knowledge on JavaScript, HTML, XML, DTD, XSD, XSLT, CSS etc.
• Exposure to MS SQL Server 2005 and above database objects e.g. SQL Schema, tables, views , SP etc. SSIS experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of object oriented programming.
