The need arose to address a common problem faced by all employers i.e: Not sure of a candidate’s joining even after having accepted a firm offer. This community project was started to address this basic problem, and to bring about some values and ethics among the workforce. Companies who have fair and ethical business practices were the initial subscribers to the portal.
Ownership: The Company is privately held and may look at a dilution of equity to a strategic investor. A consortium of employers is also exploring to take the ownership of this portal.

What is iAccept? - This is an e-Notarizing site. This is the ONLY portal bridging the gap between employers and job seekers with a secured and reliable, independent 3rd party Authentication service.
This portal is industry sector independent and is equally applicable for all sectors like IT/ITES, BPO, BFSI etc.

Benefits to Employer

Employers can use the portal to get firm offer acceptances after releasing a mutually agreed job offer. The numbers of offers made to acceptances increase with a fewer “No Shows”, helping the employer to plan better and thus keep a lower bench. BPO’s have found the feature of flagging “Absconding” cases useful, where new employees vanish after a few days on the job.

Benefits to Job Seeker

For companies, who do not give a proper release letter, job seekers can use the portal to route their resignations and thus be able to produce an experience certificate, provided they had accepted their employer’s offer through the portal. They can also claim a high Ethics score and Credibility Index, if they have acted professionally with all their employers in the past.

Business Model
The employer subscribes to the portal services and pays an annual license fee as well as a success fee based on the number of authentication certificates issued.
