The earlier versions of Office limited the users to access only Word files but looking at the immense popularity that PDF files have got, Microsoft has included a feature in their new suite that enables the user to read PDF files. A new Read mode that helps enables them to format while editing a file is also expected to gain immense popularity among IT pros.

MS Excel has also got its share of goodies with the new Flash fill option that    automates the input, reformatting and rearranging of data and simplified way of creating tables and enhancing data analysis.

Thus, the new Word and Excel empower the enterprises which have a majority of their work dependent on these applications with a better, simpler and a faster method of working. And it also includes the PowerPoint that helps the users in collaborating their slides with Word and helping the editing part of the presentation.
