Meet Modi's 'Fantastic 4' PMO Team



Arvind Kumar Sharma: Sharma who served earlier as the additional principal secretary to Narendra Modi when the latter was Chief Minister of Gujarat. Sharma was the only officer who went to Delhi, the day Modi went to the President to stake claim for forming the next government and as rightly appointed as the joint secretary to the PMO office.
Sharma, popularly known as AK among colleagues, was a key officer who headed the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board as chief executive officer for several years. He also used to accompany Modi on all foreign tours and assisted him while meeting top industry leaders and foreign diplomats at routine.
The 1988 batch IAS officer hails from Mau district from Azamgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. He is believed to have played an important in the success of Modi's campaign during the Lok Sabha elections in UP.
