Indian MPs Take Political Feud to the U.S., Urge Not To Revoke Ban on Modi

The team of Indian Americans, who worked for several years convincing the law makers to take such a move feel that human rights are universal which guarantees right to everyone all over the world.

Shaikh Ubaid, of the Indian Minorities Advocacy Network said, ''India took a moral stand in 'internal affairs' of other countries, such as against apartheid in South Africa, so why cannot President Obama be involved? After all Rajnath Singh   brought the issue to the U.S., coming with a begging bowl for visa and a laundry bag with Modi's dirty linen,'' reported PTI.

"It is a desperate diversionary tactic by the Modi camp. Politicians "flip flop" even in the U.S., I was expecting more to come under pressure. The issue is Modi. The whole episode shows Modi is a stigma and liability for India, Gujarat, Hinduism and even for BJP," added Ubaid.

The entire episode of Narendra Modi’s ban on visa has successfully brought out the i0 decade-old political feud of Hindu and Muslims groups of India.
