Humana Incorporated is an American managed health care company that markets and administers health insurance. The company’s shareholder letter was highly criticized by the study. It was tagged with terms such as non-specific, filled with unverifiable claims and rich in jargon. However, a decade ago Humana itself insisted on giving most importance to consumer of the health-benefits equation.

Humana Incorporated was further down graded by Citigroup and Stifel Nicholaus analysts and concerns have been arising that how the Affordable Care Act will affect the company’s bottom line.
