 Successful track record of executing prestigious projects within defined cost/time parameters, managing entire operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Recently, assigned the role of Planning, Monitoring & Coordination of all Western Zone projects, myself being the only person trained in PMP & PgMP. (20 million sq ft Residential & 5 million sq ft of Commercial multistoried as well as very big township projects.)in Indiabulls Real Est Ltd.

The difference lies in working in Adverse conditions, with least & scarce resources & to get best possible Quality in best feasible time. Providing techno savvy Leadership & Mgmt to any work & teams is one imp feature of Engineers.
Challenges faced in job
The unique challenges of the Real Estate & construction industry where every day there is something new to experience and learn have always fascinated me. These Engineering,Technical & Business Mgmt experience have augmented my perception to have a entrepreneurial, scientific and systematic approach. Twenty five years of Management experience in diffent & diverse locations in Maharashtra & three years in South India, have empowered my skills and knowledge. Moreover the multidisciplinary experience gained from the whole project life cycle, with leading International & local Contractors and a Real Estate Developer, gives me a Vision & Confidence of working for results in any situations. This will help me in shaping a visionary Leadership in Real Est & Infra works to develop a good working culture which will motivate fellow beings to achieve the timely results with best Quality & least possible Resources, to enhance environment in India.
My role model
Ch. Shvaji Maharaj & Ramdas Swami- duo is my Role Model. Every situation in their life & every move they made are challenging & inspiring. They did everything Good for People around them. They kept good ideals in front of all public in very difficult days. The acceptance of public at large to them was due to their extreme sacrifice for noble cause. This inspires me to do something good for my fellow beings, my field, my country & mankind at large in a good way. In any adverse situation, just remember Maharaj, what he would have done, you find correct answer immediately. This is the greatness of him, which is studied & acknowledged by others in world & we go on searching some where else. A Leadership for cause, not for enjoyment of the status & highest Sacrifice are the real traits I try to follow from their lives.

Yes. Well educated House wife, managing family affairs in efficient & effective ways & affectionate manner, a happy go lucky son studying in Engg & a perfectionist nature but dreamy daughter in 10'th. Ideal family. Lost one of my great assets- my father & now serving my loving mother as last valuable asset of last generation. Lastly myself, center of love of every one- myself, a Civil Engg Graduate with nearly 30 years of versatile experience.

1. Cost orientation- Use of frugal mgmt tech.
2. Outsourcing maximum operations.
3. Keeping Controls through modern mgmt techniques & software with least possible staff.
4.The jobs will be available to those with Multitasking & employable skills only.
5. Use of Innovative tech in Technology as well as in Mgmt methodologies.
6.Result orientation with Profitability & Growth approach would be watchwords of any Company.
7. Consolidation of Experts under one Roof will be more & Knowledge Mgmt & Processing will be outsourced to such groups.
8. Global supply chains will be developed to cut down costs.
9. Project mgmt & Program mgmt tech, methodologies will be modern approach through out the world.
10. Alternatively, approach of Least Planning but fast agile implementation to achieve profitable results also will be a new trend in small to medium Companies.

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
We lack in Backing the Classic Studies & Intellectual Capital in our Country. As the Professionals, we have to beg to Businessmen & have to work on whims & fancies of them. Easy going mentality of most of the people to be changed. Our EQ is more, thus more egocentric & sentimental. We use our Advisers/ Consultants or any Officers for their Nuisance value not for their Useful value. We are Technology averse.
What we should do-We should respect Talent, Quality & back them as a Society. Try to avoid shortcuts. Improve work culture. Topsiturvy Change in Education system, presently which nurture Clerical mentality to Vocation & Technology oriented. Promote to use Technology, good Mgmt tech, Law abiding citizenry, work oriented culture to avoid egocentric clashes. Back up Innovation & Research. See as a Society what really is needed every where, in every work.
My achievement
Engineering Degree.
Paradigm shift in Project Mgmt approach in one of my Project of Real Est in Pune in 1995.
Achieved in developing a Learning Culture on mass scale by designing / facilitating training & properly motivating all Engineers.

My advice
To do- Surrender your self to Knowledge. Learn every aspect of field & develop core competency. Continuous Learn as Professional. Develop Project & Program Mgmt Knowledge & abilities. Develop Leadership qualities to Serve the others & our Field.
Not to do-Give up Egocentric mentality. Do not discourage people under you. Never Exploit others & never do Corruption in any way.
