Important career decisions

I made an important decision in my career to quit from TCS and join the mid sized company Vishwas Infosoft Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Because the Role which I got in Vishwas was a Challenging one where I have learn't & implemented a lot.

Awards and Recognitions

As a Manager I have received several Awards like Best Manager, Star of the Month, etc for saving the CTC, eleminating Risk Factors of the Company which saves the company from unnecessary expenses.

Influenced by

From my childhood several people have influenced in each stages of my life for an example in my career my Manager have influenced a lot.
My Manager Mr. Sreekumar & Mr. Chandrasekar both of them were my Managers during my tenure in TCS eServe Ltd(Formly known as Citigroup Global Serices). Mr. Sreekumar has thought me a lot of Managerial skills. He influenced me to do an MBA & only then I came to know about the Values of a MBA.
Mr. Chandrasekar was very silent and one of the Senior most employee of the organisation, he influenced me in making a Good Decision, he doesn't take decisions just like he has to, he think of the outcome of the decision in several ways and makes it.
They are few examples and I have several peoples influenced me in their different ways.

I want to Thank Vishwas Infosoft Solutions Pvt Ltd which is owned by Mr. C. Ravichandran (CEO) who gave me the chance to prove my abilities and gave me a Challenging role and shown myself.

Vishwas Infosoft was into various IT & ITES Services, they have several global clients and they have their own Software products like Vishwas ERP (Retail Management), Vishwas eDoc Suite (Clinical Management System), etc..

I joined as a Team Leader in Vishwas Infosoft in Internal Audit Team, they had a UK Insurance Process for which they were seeking for a Risk Assessment Specialist by then I came into the point and now handling several ITGC, Internal Audit , SOX, & several Self Assessment for their Internal process.

Handling Grievances

I deal with the grievance of an employee in the below ways which I learnt from a forum which I found suites me as well as for the organisation.

Leadership qualities

A complicated question but this differs from person to person each Leader should have their own way of handling teams and can have some good role models in handling a team where each and every leader would have come across in their career.

My views on India Technical development

I don't think so there are several tech products which was purely made by Indian tech giant's. The government should encourage and help in starting more companies to improve the countries technical aspect.

I am from a Joint Family a typical South Indian. My dad a business man & Mom is a home maker. I have a Sibling she has done her Masters in Bio Technology and I did my schooling & College from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
