Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My father is a lawyer and my mother is house wife. My family is an average family where we enjoy on every little success and gets upset on every little incident.

Most Important Lessons

The very 1st thing i will say is "The more you enjoy the work the more you will learn, the more you will learn the more you will earn".
And the second thing, Offcourse said by Dr. Abdul Kalam - " Love your work but don't love the company because, you don't know when the company starts hating you.

Current Role

I as a programmer work on the Development side where my job is to develop new programs based on the clients requirement and even rectify the bugs found by old clients. however recently I have been given task to develop our Online Store which is very exciting work for me.

Challenges in The Technology

As i work on .net platform I can't say anything about Java.

Most Important Career Decisions

I started My carrier as Customer support executive wheather i always wanted to be a programmer so i would say that the decision of resignation which i made was the most important decision of my life.

Plans for the Future

I want to see myself working in Microsoft as a senior developer withing three years and for which I already stepped towards my goal by joining the current company as programmer.

Role Model

Yes off course my father.I have learned from him that we should never loose our patience in any condition whether it is how much worst or good.

Current Job Profile

I am working as Software Developer on VB6.0, VB.Net and Asp.net in Netripples Software Ltd in Healthcare Domain. My work over there is to develop new programs as well as to customize the existing programs available with clients of Netripples as and when required by the Clients.
