Education and Teaching Background
I graduated from UAS, Dharwad and went on to complete my MBA, M.Phil and PhD specializing in Marketing. Having been passionate about teaching ever since completing MBA, I have been with SBVS group of institutions for the past 14 years.
Teaching Style
I stress on understanding of any concept through practical application. Only then, I believe, students can learn with clarity.
Change the teaching Style based on quality of Students
Yes, the way I teach has changed over a period of time. It has been learning for me too to find ways of making students understand better and also to make them think beyond the syllabus. The way I approach teaching also depends on the quality of students. Not all are made with same capabilities. So it is imperative that method of teaching goes with quality of students. The aim is to make each student understand irrespective of the quality of the student.
Top 3 things favorable to students Learning

Future students & Hiring Companies
We have some bright students coming from rural areas, who are unable to translate their talent into good academics and career moves. The chief cause has been a firm grounding of English as a language of choice for business communication. The students should equip themselves with good spoken and written English along side their mother tongue right from the earlier schooling days. This goes a long way in expressing themselves and confidently meeting the need of market. SBVS Institutions have been able to provide quality education in various streams etching a mark in academic excellence. We have some of the finest
students from the region passing out from our institutions.
