Google's New Android OS On The Way: Key Lime Pie
All are awaiting the possible announcements Google will make at Dive Into Mobile, the upcoming tech show and conference hosted by All Things D on October 29th and 30th. According to inside report the company may launch Nexus branded Smartphone than unveil a new OS.

The reports by Tech Radar which first came up with Key Lime Pie to refer to Android 5.0, adds fuel to the rumors. Though the Android 4.2 seems to be the iterative update than a next major update, the company prefers a fresh code name according to the reports.
The OS is said to add some improvements to current Jelly Bean updates, and with more feature like, better multiple device support, social media integration, customization center, line-drawing keyboard options and more.
