The Two Year Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM) is the flagship program of IMB. The deployment of excellent faculty, pedagogical innovations and strong industry interface by way of capsule courses taken by Industry experts will ensure a sound academic platform. The strong linkages with the industry of the three Professors will ensure excellent Placements for students of IMB. Introduction of MBA programs and Executive MBA programs are on the anvil.

Placement :-

IMB provides full support to its students for placement and arranges campus interviews for outgoing students. Placement is a key functional area of the Institute headed by team of professional.Prof. S. K. Nanda , DEAN (E.I.),Mr.Srikrishnapada Patnaik Placement officer &  Ms.Sradhanjali Placement executive are looking after  campus placement activities coordinating procefactive HR professionals of different companies.

Campus placement facilities are provided to all IMBians to enable them embrace lucrative career openings. Over the years, there has been significant increase in the number of organizations visiting the campus for recruitment, the number of offers made and the average compensation.

A Placement Committee comprising students is responsible for coordination of placement activities under the overall guidance of the Placement Cell . The placement activities are co-ordinated by a placement Committee, consisting of student representatives from the PGDM class.
