IFIM Business School was founded in 1995 with its first batch of students graduating in 1997. It is backed by the CDE Society (charitable trust) and the Dalal Street Investment Journal and is an AICTE approved institution. Today, IFIM is among the Top 15 of the 500+ Business Schools that were started after1990 in the private sector. IFIM has seen immense growth in the last decade. Today, IFIM, Bangalore owes its unique institutional equity status to its well deserved attributes of curriculum, faculty inputs, infrastructure, international exposure, academia-industry interface and placements. In recent times, IFIM Business School has made progressive initiatives and collaborations with leading academic, research and corporate bodies for conducting continuing education programmes, research, corporate training & consultancy and offering a Ph.D programme in Management. IFIM's vision is to be the front-runner in Management Education in the Asia-Pacific region by 2010.
