World's 10 Cities with Most Traffic Congestion

The capital city of England, London takes the fifth position on the list. London is one of the world's leading financial centres and a leading global city. It is also the world's most-visited city as measured by international arrivals and there certainly is no day without heavy traffic in London. It also accounts for worst rush-hour traffic congestion. As per a survey, in 2011 UK drivers spent 32 hours of the year stuck in traffic.

Paris, France:
Paris is the sixth city on the list for most traffic congestion. The capital city of France is also one of the world's leading business and cultural centres. Although Paris is considered as green and highly liveable, the city has one of the worst traffic jams. The city is also a leading tourism destination and that could be a reason for the high congestion too.
