World's 10 Cities with Most Traffic Congestion

Ranking seventh on the list, Honolulu has one of the worst traffic congestion in the world. It is noted that on an average drivers waste over 58 hours per year on congested roadways. Honolulu metropolitan area faces heavy traffic congestion during rush hours, especially to and from the western suburbs. Honolulu is also known worldwide as a major tourist destination.

Rotterdam, Netherlands:
One of Europe's most vibrant, multicultural cities, Rotterdam is known for its university (Erasmus), lively cultural life, cutting-edge architecture, striking riverside setting and maritime heritage. However, the city scores low on being traffic free. Rotterdam is among the most traffic congested cities in the world and ranks eighth on the list.
