Dipali in her early days worked as a travel agent, trained as a mountaineer and even tried her hand in politics as well. A few years later, after going through a bad marriage, she left her husband and started her own business in Bangalore with passion and determination.

Indeed, Les Concierges was born through her struggles. It is a business firm that aims at developing employee and work force directed services. At first Concierges was looked after by Dipali and her watchman who was taking care of accounts and other small work. In 4 years of its operation, Les Concierges had its 200th 'Life Care' desk.

Today, Les Concierges has 1,300 concierge desks all over India; the turnover of the company in 2011 was 56 crore.
