Anil Kapoor gave us one of his best performances in the movie Slum Dog Millionaire, a movie in which he was widely appreciated for his realistic acting. And the reason behind his brilliant performance is; the actor could very well connect the story of the movie to his real life.
According to him, he could see a reflection of his own life in the move. “'Slumdog…' is like my story. I also started from scratch - a rags to riches story. I started in Chembur (a Mumbai suburb) and slowly climbed up. God has been kind in that way,” Anil said on CNN's show “My City My Life”.
He is now a star whose fame and glory is not restricted within the boundaries of our country, but is spread across. He is a well accepted figure on the international platform and a talent which even Hollywood directors look up to.
