2. Pallavi Shroff

Pallavi Shroff took interest in law because she got engaged to a lawyer, Shardul Shroff, and wanted to spend more time with him. She had a degree in economics and did her master’s in business management in 1978. After engagement, she pursued a course in law from Mumbai and in 1980s, joined India's renowned law firm, Amarchand and Mangaldas and Suresh A. Shroff and Co. She joined as a fresher but soon won the confidence of her clients with her expertise. She now heads the law firm's Dispute Resolution and Arbitration department and is a senior partner in the same law firm.

3. Renuka Ramnath

Renuka Ramnath underwent a transition from a successful corporate leader to a budding entrepreneur. She worked with ICICI group before taking up the journey of entrepreneurship. Renuka is the founder of ‘Multiples’ that manages long-term institutional capital in a fiduciary capacity. It is an independent private equity firm in India and is the first one to have 15 Indian and international institutional investors who have invested on it. Ramnath’s venture proved to be a success in just 3 years and she is an inspiration for all those up-and-coming entrepreneurs.
