The Vice President, Detergents, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Priya Nair has dedicated most of her career years to this company. She started as a management trainee after completing a management degree in 1995 from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Her smart work and innovative ideas led her to great heights and she became the category head of detergents, which is the largest vertical in HUL.

5. Vinita Bali

From Voltas to Cadbury and finally to Britannia, Vinita Bali has explored the world of marketing. Having graduated in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, she wanted to join Foreign Service, but everything changed after she got admission in Jamanalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Voltas gave her a break even before she completed her master’s. Then she moved to Cadbury as a brand manager and had the opportunity to work in UK, South Africa and Nigeria while serving the company. Her career then took a leap and she joined Coca-Cola Company as World Wide Marketing Director. She finally came back to India in 2005 and joined Britannia.
