6. Anjali Bansal

With a wide working experience in a global search firm and the consulting firm, McKinsey and Co., Anjali Bansal took up the challenge of launching a start-up, SpencerStuart in 2006. The global executive search company now has big name on its client list starting from Hindustan Unilever to Tata Group. Anjali is also a board member of United Way of Mumbai, a non-profit organization.

7. Vanitha Narayanan

She has climbed the stairs of corporate success for 3 decades. Starting as a trainee in International Business Machines (IBM) in the telecom sector, she then rose to become the Global Vice President for IBM’s telecom solutions. She moved to Shanghai in 2006 to head the communications sector and finally came back to India in 2009 to take up the role of Managing director at IBM. But Vanitha’s corporate success started with a project lead by her that helped IBM get the $750-million outsourcing deal for 10 years with Bharti Airtel. The current value of the contract is said to be $2.5 billion.
