4. Babulal Nagar:

Former Rajasthan minister, Babulal Nagar was arrested by the CBI on charges of raping a married woman after allegedly calling her on the pretext of giving her a government job. The ex-minister, who represents the Dudu assembly constituency in Jaipur district was summoned for interrogation to the CBI's camp office at Circuit House in Jaipur recently. According to a source, the CBI found enough evidence to warrant his arrest and is expected to seek his remand for further interrogation. The victim welcomed his arrest and said she had full faith in the CBI and judiciary.

5. Raghavji:

Raghavji who served as a cabinet minister (finance minister) in the Bharatiya Janata Party ministry in Madhya Pradesh had resigned over allegations of sexually harassing domestic help earlier this year. He was expelled from the BJP and later arrested from an apartment in Bhopal. Initially, he and his supporter voice out that the sexual allegation was politically motivated and that the man who has accused him of sexual exploitation worked part-time for him. But all his appeals were in vain after the CCTV footages revealed and confirmed rape.
