Facts To Know Before You Start Exercising


Every movement is not counted as exercise!

Many people consider any body movement to be an exercise. Consider taking the stairs to reach the next floor of a building or even walking across the office, simple body movements can give a feeling of doing an exercise but it isn’t the actual truth. Any movement cannot be considered as an ‘exercise’ as real exercising is very different from simple body movements. Any move can be counted as exercise if only it is continued for at least a minimum of ten minutes, which should increase your heart rate to an aerobic level. So, if you think stair climbing has helped you in losing weight, you are probably wrong. You might as well give yourself the right kind of exercise which can actually help you in becoming fit.
