Bharat Bandh Disrupted Business
There was a very mixed response in Meghalaya as few educational institutions and shops were closed and there were few vehicles plying on the roads. But the government offices, courts and financial institutions functioned normally.
Some of the other states in the country observed the bandh like Chattisgarh, Odisha and Jammu. Transportation services, commercial establishments, financial institutions and government offices remained closed.
