No More Startup Business Says Silicon Valley's Startup Pandit

For the interviewers question about Andrew Mansion, the Groupon founder who has been added as a part-time partner, Graham replied by praising his talents and that he was hilariously funny. He tells that all startups will have many crisis within themselves and Mansion cannot be blamed as he had his own.

The question about how he knows whether a small idea can have huge potential was answered by spotting real life examples. The core idea of Airbnb was thought to be stupid at first, however the funding was done on liking their determination and imagination says Graham.

He also says that the very successful and money making ideas like Google and Facebook seemed nothing but just an outcome of some childish thinking at first.

“Are there any bad habits that many Y Combinator founders share?” The answer to this question was that right from the childhood onwards an individual is not allowed to be independent.

At home parents, at school the teachers and in a company the authorities control the thought flows. Graham concluded by saying "We're not your bosses. You're in charge now."
