6. Matching Pace: 
Installing a virtual server in any enterprise is very simple. You just need to clone the master image of your physical server into the virtual machine and you are done. But the challenge lies in the fact how you match up with the growing number of servers with the number of administrators required to manage these servers. The only advantage is that even virtual servers have limited capacities. Once the limit is reached, the virtual machine slump will halt automatically.

7. Misjudgment:
As virtualization is a term that is currently riding the tongues of almost all CIOs, it is possible that looking at its advantages some might deploy virtualization to places where it would have been better to leave them with physical servers. Such a misjudgment on their part can result in problems that cannot be foretold. Pushing everything to virtualization before it is tested thoroughly can result in severe damages.
