Vineeta Singh, founder of Quetzal, is an electrical Engineer from IIT, Madras. Quetzal is an education company that provides academic content to B-schools and secondary schools. It runs a website, TenADay.in, which is currently India’s largest MBA testprep portal catering to more than 49,000 users.

For Vineeta, while negotiating with clients, she says, "There was double reason for some of them to not take us seriously—because we were a startup and that I am a woman." Besides she also stated that, "As a woman, it was tough to get people to work for you. People were not just skeptical of working for women managers, I found it hard to even hire a secretary.”
