According to Mishra, women who start businesses have an extra burden to handle. She said to ET, "I am married and have twins. I do not want to miss out on their childhood so I ensure that I spend time with them as well.” She feels while the challenges of venturing and handling a business are quite same for a woman or man, but women carry the added responsibility of managing home as well.
