#2. Getting rid of admins:

Next tip to enhance security is by getting rid of all privileged accounts that includes- administrator, domain admin, enterprise admin and all other multiples that have permissions and group accounts by default.  It’s true that most of the network administrators and top level security people might be laughing and protesting. Even Microsoft got the same reception when they announced that they are going to disable local administrator accounts in every version of Windows operating system, starting from Vista and Server 2008. The result, an astonishing number of system’s that hasn’t crashed at all. Although Windows still offers options to create an alternate administrator account, hardcore security geeks still recommend to get rid of all built-in privileged accounts. But still with these, most of the security and network admins protest saying that eliminating admins is just rubbish. But it’s good to throw up the fact that at least a company like Microsoft have got rid of admins. The end story, they aren’t getting hacked.
