But if you’re in a business area like sales or marketing, the emotional content of what people are saying and thinking becomes highly important. This is mixed with a bit of intuition and creativity. This is a total contrast of what an IT administrator thinks or how he reacts, which makes the change between platforms a pretty difficult one.
